Production Associate II - Material Handling 2nd shift
Base Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour plus shift differential of $1.00. Shift available: 2nd shift: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, plus overtime when needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass‑produce windows, doors, and glass units.
Support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows.
Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers.
Understand and carry out verbal and simple written instructions.
Read work orders, labels, and schedules.
Use a tape measure, inspect, examine, and observe for product defects.
Make fraction and decimal conversions.
Operate necessary equipment and perform other duties as assigned.
Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees.
Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packaging.
Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Qualifications
Forklift experience.
High school diploma or GED. Previous experience a plus.
Good attitude, team oriented, dependable, energetic, flexible with work hours.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Overhead crane and forklift experience a plus.
Mechanically inclined.
