Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following: systems engineering, software/system analysis, requirements development, verification & validation, trade studies, modeling & simulation, integration & test.
High proficiency in: C++ (or another object-oriented language), MATLAB for analysis, modeling, and test automation, scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for task automation and CI/CD tooling, DOORs, git, Confluence Tool Suite.
Experience with radar performance analysis, requirements allocation, algorithm development, and interface definition to convert customer-defined radar requirements into detailed software specifications.
Develop high fidelity models and run simulations to evaluate radar system performance.
Provide individual contributor effort for system design and test for the RCP SCI and support agile systems engineering process, including scrum meetings and sprint planning.
Execute system verification activities, integration and test, and support for certification and testing milestones.
Radar systems development experience including algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling and simulation.
Strong written and oral communication skills; able to produce clear technical documentation and deliver concise briefings.
