Service - What you need

1-2 years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment

Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years

Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software

Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer

Experience with : variable speed units mini splits replacing parts such as contactors and capacitors handling refrigerant etc.

EPA Certification Nate preferred
