We’re looking for Assistant Managers who want to inspire customer wonder and partner with our General Managers to create a WOW experience for our Gladey customers. You will provide overall shop support, foster teamwork, develop staff abilities, and help exceed the shop’s goals. Your long‑term objective is to grow your skills on the journey to becoming a General Manager. A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Manage and build a customer‑focused team through coaching, measurement, and teamwork. Assist the General Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, onboarding, and dispute resolution. Maintain product knowledge and current promotions. Assist with in‑shop accounting functions, including cash handling, reporting, counting, depositing revenues, and inventory control. Ensure equipment and resources are operational for team members (production equipment, POS, retail equipment, drive‑thru, processing equipment). Maintain a high level of shop sanitation and cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service by nurturing a culture where all guests feel welcomed and loved. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High school diploma or equivalent. Five (5) years of experience in food service or retail. Strong commitment to an equitable, unbiased culture. At least two (2) years of management experience. Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Travel requirement: 0‑10%. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. May need to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, or 10 pounds constantly. Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, allergens (including nuts), and non‑air‑conditioned production areas.
