Job Description The Orange County Team is looking for a Service Technician to join our team. In this role you will focus on providing entry level customer service for service techs. General business knowledge and fulfillment process knowledge is necessary.
Responsibilities
Create new work orders and schedule them to ensure service requests are processed in accordance with KPIs.
Verify service requests are closed and submit work orders for warranty.
Provide Signature Service for homeowners and peers.
Perform data entry level clerical work related to RbA CORO service of limited complexity and variety.
Answer telephone calls and emails; determine the nature of service concerns and direct individuals to appropriate staff or provide information.
Maintain stock levels of supplies & brochures in the warehouse.
Post and update customer management system with current service notes and status.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills.
Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships.
Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
Excellent phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills in a high-volume setting.
Pay Range $22.67 - $35.13

Profit Sharing in 2025: Andersen has set a profit‑sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
