Our
Truck Technician (2nd Shift)
is primarily responsible for troubleshooting, servicing and repairing on‑highway trucks to ensure the customer receives maximum value for work performed.
Hourly Base Rate: $26.00 - $58.82 / hour (Includes $2.00 Shift Differential)
Shift (4x10): Monday thru Thursday / 330pm to 130am

What You Will Do in This Role:
Perform all levels of repair and preventative maintenance for on‑highway truck
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, give recommendations for repairs and make all critical repairs and adjustments
Remove / install parts, disassemble / assemble components, and test / adjust assemblies with minimal supervision
Test and verify correct operation of all repairs and adjustments
Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers on their repairs
Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Basic mechanical knowledge including electrical and hydraulics
General knowledge of basic hand tools, air tools, precision measuring tools and instruments
Knowledge of use of various on‑highway trucks
Must be able to read and comprehend specifications, service and parts literature, technical bulletins and other related publications
Ability to drive and may require valid CDL license
Valid Class A CDL or B CDL or the ability to obtain one
What will put you ahead:
Experience working within the diesel mechanics industry (specifically with Class 8 trucks)
Stable work history
All makes and models of engine rebuilds
Class A CDL preferred
