Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
Design, develop, and implement new or modified production processes and equipment.
Troubleshoot process deviations, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
Monitor key process parameters and performance metrics, recommending adjustments as needed.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive process documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and solve complex production challenges.
Apply Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Experience with process control systems (DCS, PLC) and data analysis tools.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Arena, Aspen HYSYS)
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML for process optimization)
Proficiency with specific ERP or MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Rockwell FactoryTalk)
