As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will drive process improvement, support manufacturing goals, and ensure compliance while documenting and optimizing operations.

This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Shift Information Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM On-site (not remote)

Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with a focus on manufacturing Proficiency in CAD and CAD/CAM circuit design Skills in complexity management, leadership, manufacturing methods, quality assurance, and technical presentation

Preferred Education and Experience Experience with AutoCAD Background in engineering within the manufacturing sector Master’s degree in a manufacturing-related engineering field

General Requirements Strong analytical and documentation skills Ability to train technicians and support cross‑functional teams Commitment to continuous professional development through workshops and industry engagement

Essential Functions Collect, analyze, and summarize trends to prepare insightful product and process reports Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and technical specifications Lead process design and optimization projects, including Kaizen initiatives to improve safety, productivity, and quality Ensure compliance with government regulations, maintaining company integrity Collaborate with maintenance teams to establish preventative maintenance plans for new equipment Follow and improve company policies, making recommendations for enhancement Design tooling and fixtures using CAD applications; maintain accurate and accessible design records Train technicians to implement new or revised processes Pursue professional growth by attending workshops, reading publications, and joining industry groups Support team members when capacity issues arise to maintain workflow

Physical Demands Ability to stand for extended periods Walk the shop floor Sit at a desk Operate power and hand‑held tools
