Job Description As a Licensed Real Estate Agent under our brokerage, you will have the opportunity to run your own business with the support of a broker who is invested in your success. You will be responsible for representing clients in real estate transactions, growing your personal book of business, and participating in weekly team meetings for mentorship and skill development. Responsibilities
Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.
Conduct property showings, market analyses, and client consultations.
Negotiate contracts and guide clients through the closing process.
Stay current with market trends, MLS listings, and property values.
Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Active Texas Real Estate License required (or in process of obtaining).
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
Willingness to grow and learn through weekly trainings.
