Aigensei.ai Business Analyst Aigensei.ai is seeking aBusiness Analyst

to support delivery of enterprise AI solutions in regulated industries (life sciences, healthcare, finance, manufacturing). In this role, you will partner with client stakeholders and internal product/engineering teams to

elicit requirements, document business processes, translate needs into clear functional specifications , and support successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Elicitation & Documentation: Lead discovery sessions, gather requirements, define user needs, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams; align expectations, clarify scope, and manage dependencies.

Process & Workflow Analysis: Map current-state workflows, identify gaps, and propose future-state process improvements.

User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support backlog refinement with product and delivery teams.

Solution Validation & UAT Support: Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate solutions against requirements, track issues, and support resolution.

Communication & Presentation: Produce clear artifacts (BRDs/FRDs, workflow diagrams, release notes) and present findings to both business and technical audiences.

Key Qualifications Skills & Experience

Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-ready documentation ability.

Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and testable acceptance criteria.

Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira or Notion .

Experience supporting UAT, requirements traceability, and issue triage.

Comfort working with UX/product teams and reviewing prototypes/wireframes (e.g., Figma ).

Bonus Skills

Experience supporting enterprise platforms (e.g., CMS such as Magnolia ).

Exposure to regulated environments and governance expectations (audit trails, approvals, controlled content).

Familiarity with front-end concepts (responsive behavior, UI constraints) to communicate effectively with developers.
