Pay range: $145,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
Shadowing/Training – Train, role‑play, and demonstrate industry‑leading practices under an expert agent.
Lead Generation – Execute our PLACE lead generation systems weekly, calling our database of team leads.
Open Houses – Hold open houses that attract buyers and sellers to current listings.
Communication – Execute proven relationship‑building skills to convert conversations into valuable appointments.
Script Training – Participate in weekly script practice sessions, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Teamwork – Engage in team activities that foster camaraderie and belonging.
Coaching/Training – Receive weekly one‑on‑one coaching sessions and partner calls to share insights.
Consultation – Use proven systems and technology to guide buyers through the home‑buying process.
Home Selection – Identify homes that meet clients’ needs and secure signed buyer agreements.
Negotiation – Leverage tried and true scripts and techniques to negotiate offers on behalf of buyers.
Done For You – Take advantage of our support team to eliminate 75% of tasks normally required of a buyer’s agent to close a transaction.
Technology – Benefit from cutting‑edge PLACE Technology to streamline client support and service delivery.
Qualifications
Strong ambition to thrive in real estate and a genuine enthusiasm for interacting with people.
Capability to cultivate and sustain professional relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders.
Robust work ethic, outstanding communication skills, and willingness to learn and develop.
Personable and positive, maintaining a professional image.
Spending considerable time driving due to transportation of clients to property viewings.
Learning‑oriented mindset staying informed on industry trends.
High school diploma and a real estate license required. Candidates meeting these criteria are suitable for an Agent Partner Trainee role.
