Mortgage Loan Officer

Affordable Mortgage Lending Inc. is seeking an experienced NMLS licensed loan officer to support an in-house realtor relationship. Interested applicants must be effective in building relationships with realtors and other referral partners, knowledgeable with guidelines, and comfortable making group presentations.

We offer a competitive commission structure.

We are BRE Licensed house that are funding conventioanal, FHA, VA, ACCESS, Calpers, Homepath, stated income (W-2 and self-employed), Jumbo, and HELOC residential mortgage loans. We are sponsors with over 15 direct lenders with great relationships already established. We have a professional in-house processor.

Also, You will be able to do commercial Loans such as Apartments, Retail, Industrial, Bridge financing. We have direct investors for Commercial and Residential Private Money/ Hard Money as well.

Qualifications

2+ years of customer direct/direct lending origination experience, but not required

We are willing to work with New Loan Officers

Proven track record of success in Sales , Sales Management experience a plus

VA, FHA, Conventional product knowledge

Ability to manage a pipeline of 15-30 loans

NMLS SAFE ACT compliant, holding 1 or more state licenses
