Role Description We Offer: Free Leads (not recycled,) Direct to carrier Appointments!
We are currently looking for an experienced Outside Sales representative to fill an opening located here in Florida, preferably Tampa. Interested candidates should have prior experience working in insurance and outside sales.
Responsibilities
Work with the senior market in regard to their Life Insurance and Medicare needs
Work with top insurance carriers
Initiate sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential customers; scheduling appointments.
Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with clients, for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
3 years experience working in sales
Meet deadlines and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain client relationships
Effective sales and negotiation skills to meet and exceed sales targets
Knowledge of insurance products and ability to provide policy recommendations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and adhere to ethical sales practices
Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
Previous sales or insurance experience is a must!
Relevant certifications or a valid insurance license is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial
