Join AMLI Residential as a Multi‑Site Leasing Consultant for our luxury apartment communities, AMLI Toscana Place and AMLI Park West. We seek a bilingual professional with a passion for customer service, a desire to grow in Property Management, and strong sales experience. Responsible For
All activities related to apartment rentals, move‑ins, and lease renewals. Interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. Planning resident events, marketing the community, and leveraging our SMART Office technology. Compensation and Benefits

Show available apartments and lease qualified prospects. Greet and qualify prospects, follow up via telephone, Internet, and social media/networking programs. Process all required administrative forms, leases, and related information on time. Provide quality customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints; help residents and prospects before, during, and after leasing an apartment. Maintain relationships with all apartment locator services and local businesses; provide informational material and update periodically. Maintain ongoing resident retention program under direction of the Community/Leasing Manager; shop competition regularly. Maintain professional appearance of the office, amenity areas, model apartments, and community; ensure a professional appearance. Requirements
English/Spanish bilingual. Two or more years of related sales or customer service experience. Reliable transportation to both AMLI properties. High school diploma/GED required; college level a big plus. Saturday availability required. Closed Sundays.
