Responsibilities

Independently deliver Professional Services and Enablement initiatives such as boot camps, trainings, and office hours

Own and regularly update internal documentation and content for specific modules

Act as a knowledge resource for Implementation, Support and other internal teams

Participate in service development and feedback loops with Product and Compliance

Tasks

Prepare, deliver, and evaluate customer-facing services and enablement sessions (boot camps, webinars, trainings, office hours)

Ensure accuracy and compliance in all training, documentation, processes and customer guidance

Translate complex payroll processes into engaging, scalable enablement formats

Gather and analyze feedback and metrics to drive continuous service improvement

Create, maintain and regularly update internal and external knowledge resources and e‑learnings;

Document recurring customer patterns and proactively address root causes

Support improvement of service‑related processes and documentation

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to anticipate and address customer needs

Assist other PayOps teams during peak periods as needed
