Job Overview
Join Utah First Credit Union at our Cottonwood Heights, Utah branch as a full‑time, 40‑hour a‑week Universal Banker in a vibrant team. Branch hours are 8:00 AM–7:00 PM Mon‑Fri and 9:00 AM–3:00 PM rotating Saturdays. Base pay range: $20.00–$22.00 per hour.

A Day in the Life of a Universal Banker
Process transactions
Assist with loan applications
Promote credit union products and exceed monthly loan production targets
Interact with customers in‑person and over the phone to deliver exceptional experiences
Universal Banker Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age 18
Previous experience in customer service and financial services
Knowledge of consumer lending practices
Strong proficiency in cash handling
Detail‑oriented, customer‑centric, and thrives in a collaborative environment
