Staffing Coordinator
Delmar Gardens Family is seeking a full‑time Staffing Coordinator (Scheduling Coordinator) for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. Exceptional communication, organization, and fairness are required.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
Job Functions
Creates and updates schedules.
Manages central supply.
Coordinates and supplements facility staff with agency staff when needed.
Adjusts schedules to ensure continuity of care.
Greets and onboard agency staff.
Assists with daily assignment sheets for CNAs and CMTs.
Reviews bi‑weekly payroll for all CNAs and CMTs to ensure accuracy.
Assists with reference checks, verification of certifications, and follow‑up on new hires.
