What You’ll Do
Run full-cycle recruitment – source, screen, pitch, close
Hire for diesel mechanics, service advisors, parts managers, shop managers, drivers, and office positions
Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, cold outreach, and CRM tracking

1–5 years of experience in inside sales or recruiting
Strong phone and Zoom presence
Able to sell the opportunity, not just screen the resume
Relentless follow‑up and hunter mindset
