This is the job The People Operations Generalist plays a key role in shaping and supporting the employee experience across the entire organization. This intermediate-level role is responsible for driving day-to-day HR operations, supporting People programs, ensuring data accuracy, and improving HR processes Employee Experience & Engagement

This is you

2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related field.

Solid understanding of HR fundamentals (HRIS, employee lifecycle, benefits, compliance).

Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with HR software and productivity tools

Familiarity with employment laws

This is your role

Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support.

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle.

Support employee communication initiatives, events, and engagement programs.

Assist with new hire orientation and benefit education sessions.

People Operations & HR Administration

Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and personnel documentation.

Prepare and process employee changes (promotions, compensation changes, transfers).

Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and best practices.

Support the development and improvement of People Ops policies, SOPs, and workflows.

Manage and track HR tickets, ensuring timely resolution.

Benefits, Payroll & Compliance Support

Assist with benefits administration, enrollment, inquiries, and vendor coordination.

Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee changes.

Support annual compliance activities—audits, reporting, training, and certifications.
