Department And Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Department, as a part of the HR Department, is uniquely positioned to make an impact on the future of Daifuku Intralogistics. We source talent across Manufacturing, Technical, Residential Support, Field Service, Engineering, Corporate Services, and more, and create University and Community Partnerships to attract both experienced and entry‑level positions.
Responsibilities
Follow corporate recruiting practices for exempt and non‑exempt openings, including drafting effective job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, administering assessments, and delivering employment offers.
Partner with hiring managers and staffing agencies to maintain accurate headcount and determine staffing needs.
Manage internal transfer processes and present employment offers with compensation and benefits details.
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including affirmative action plan compliance, and retain recruitment documentation.
Provide weekly and monthly recruitment reports to management.
Build and maintain partnerships with colleges, community organizations, trade schools, military/veteran groups, and peer companies to develop a diverse talent pipeline.
Identify and implement process improvements across all recruitment areas and provide backup HR support as required.
Travel locally and regionally 5‑10% of the time.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2‑5 years of combined Talent Acquisition and recruiting experience.
Proficient experience with iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Strong sourcing capability with multiple methods and tools.
Excellent candidate and hiring manager relationship management skills.
Candidate‑first approach and creative problem‑solving mindset.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Beginner knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet software.
Proficiency with corporate recruiting best practices and priority management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
