An organization is seeking an experienced
Accounts Payable Manager
to lead and oversee its Accounts Payable function. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for managing daily AP operations, maintaining strong controls, and driving continuous process improvement. Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Accounts Payable professionals Oversee invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor reconciliations Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, efficiency, and accuracy Serve as an escalation point for vendor inquiries and issue resolution Prepare and review Accounts Payable reporting, including aging and management metrics Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system and support system enhancements Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role Strong understanding of AP operations, internal controls, and best practices Experience with ERP systems; system implementation experience a plus Seniority level
