Senior Controller Shareholder and Investment

Location: Remote (Germany)
In this role, you will lead shareholding and investment controlling activities, supporting strategic investment decisions, portfolio transparency, and value-oriented capital allocation within a complex group environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage central shareholding and investment controlling.
Oversee financial steering, performance analysis, and investment appraisals (e.g. NPV, IRR).
Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of budgets, cash flows, and returns.
Prepare management reports, decision materials, KPIs, and dashboards.
Support M&A-related controlling and drive process standardisation and digitalisation.
Act as the central contact for investment controlling topics.
Your profile
Degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a comparable field.
5+ years’ experience in investment or corporate controlling, or similar roles.
Strong skills in financial modelling, valuation, and portfolio analysis.
Solid understanding of group structures and financial steering.
Confident stakeholder communicator with an analytical, value‑driven mindset.
Advanced SAP and MS Excel/PowerPoint skills; BI tools are a plus.
Fluent in German and English.
