Accurate preparation of journal entries Balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations Reconciliation of credit card statements to receipts Provide support on various ad-hoc projects Communication with other company departments, customers and vendors regarding accounting related issues Assist in handling incoming telephone calls Assist in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Abilities / Experience / Education
Hands-on experience preparing journal entries Experience performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations Working knowledge of general ledger accounting Desired Attributes
Highly organized and detail-oriented Proficient in Excel to navigate and maintain spreadsheets Able to work on-site, in a shared work space Associate's degree in Accounting, or minimum of two years related accounting experience. Benefits
