What You Will Do: In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will support Intuit’s goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are:
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus an active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need:
Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation: Expected base pay range varies by location:
Bay Area, California $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50
New York $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont $27.50 - $34.80
Washington $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50
