Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are seeking a Senior Analyst to support our pricing team remotely, with preferred proximity to a facility.
Job Summary The Pricing & Rebates/Sales Commission Analyst will play a critical role within the Pricing team, responsible for analyzing, developing, and maintaining customer sales and rebate contracts, as well as producing associated reporting for Henry. This position is integral to the company’s month‑end close process, ensuring accurate financial statements and influencing strategic business decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Execute rebate and commission calculations and payment execution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with signed agreements.
Proactively monitor sales and gross margins by market, product segment, and customer to identify risks and opportunities versus plan and forecast, engaging with business partners.
Evaluate sales data and report to field management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; identify and resolve discrepancies by interacting with stakeholders such as sales representatives and customers.
Drive continuous improvement by working cross‑functionally, particularly with IT, to deliver timely and accurate business intelligence.
Complete ad‑hoc projects as requested.
Required Skills, Abilities and Knowledge
Strong technical skills – proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems; experience building and maintaining complex financial models and data analysis in Excel.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Highly analytical and able to work independently while managing simultaneous projects and delivering high‑quality work.
Willingness to invest time in understanding business, customers, and competitive dynamics to influence strategic decisions.
Insightful communication skills, both verbal and written; able to address all organizational levels.
Continuous improvement mindset – understands business processes and identifies reengineering opportunities.

5+ years of progressive experience in month‑end analysis, sales commission and rebate programs, and data analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.

Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
Travel Requirement
Travel may be required for this role.
