Key Responsibilities
Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check‑ins, reservations, and late‑night questions.
Master of Midnight Math: Own the night audit, balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is in its place.
Guardian of the Glow‑Up: Keep the property safe with regular security walks.
The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what happened while the world slept.
Teamwork After Twilight: Work with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top‑notch even during the wee hours.
Tech‑Savvy Problem Solver: Use Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs, and solve problems independently.
Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
