Position Overview We are seeking driven, self-motivated
Commercial Real Estate Brokers
to join our rapidly expanding team. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who want to build a meaningful book of business, earn significant income, and grow within a brokerage that values results over bureaucracy. You will be responsible for originating opportunities, underwriting deals, and managing transactions from listing through closing across multiple commercial real estate sectors.
Responsibilities
Source and cultivate relationships with commercial property owners nationwide
Identify acquisition and disposition opportunities across multiple asset classes
Underwrite and analyze commercial real estate investments
Market listings and communicate with qualified buyers
Manage transactions from initial outreach through closing
Maintain accurate CRM records and deal pipelines
Represent MHP Brokerage with professionalism, urgency, and integrity

Qualifications
