Senior Accountant

Base pay range: $85,000 - $95,000 per year
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our high‑performing accounting and finance team. You will play an integral role in the financial operations of our company, conducting comprehensive audits, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Conducting thorough financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Analyzing financial data and identifying trends to assist in decision‑making processes.
Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents and their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Preparing tax returns and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Liaising with internal and external auditors.
Collaborating with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and operations.
Providing guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
Staying updated with industry trends and current best practices in accounting.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, with a focus on auditing.
Comprehensive understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Proven experience in conducting financial audits.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results‑orientation.
