About the Role The Leader of Executive Recruitment is responsible for building and leading high‑impact search strategies to attract, assess, and hire senior level and executive talent. This role partners closely with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to define role requirements, craft compelling narratives, develop diverse pipelines, and deliver a world class candidate experience. The Leader of Executive Recruitment operates as a strategic advisor, market expert, and search leader for mission‑critical executive roles across the business.
What You Will Do
Lead full‑cycle executive search for VP, SVP, and C‑Suite roles, serving as the primary advisor to hiring leaders throughout the search process.
Conduct intake and alignment sessions to define success criteria, competencies, and role requirements, aligning with internal JD templates.
Build targeted search strategies informed by industry research, benchmarking, and talent mapping.
Develop and manage robust and diverse candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and external partnerships.
Lead candidate engagement, assessment, and evaluation—including structured interviews, competency‑based assessments, and executive‑level screening.
Present calibrated, high‑quality slates and longlists to hiring teams and provide insights on talent market availability and competitive trends.
Manage candidate experience end to end with professionalism, confidentiality, and precision.
Influence and partner Compensation and Executive hiring teams through offer strategy, negotiations, and closing.
Maintain search documentation, reporting, and scorecards.
Cultivate strong internal relationships with senior leaders and cross‑functional partners to ensure alignment and drive operational excellence in executive hiring.

What Makes You Qualified
10+ years of executive or senior‑level roles ideally spanning VP through C‑Suite.
Expertise in direct sourcing, executive assessment, and competency‑based interviewing.
Strong understanding of organizational design, executive leveling, and leadership competencies.
Experience advising senior leaders and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder hiring processes.
Demonstrated ability to build diverse pipelines and leverage inclusive hiring practices.
Excellent communication, consultative, and relationship‑building skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in high‑growth, hi‑tech companies (SaaS or SW preferable) or large enterprise environments.
Background in a retained/executive search firm or corporate executive recruiting function.

Job Req Compensation Range $177,000 – $295,000
The base salary range for this role is shown above. Base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job‑related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of our competitive total rewards package. Eligible candidates may also participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on the role.
