Recruiter – Teledyne LeCroy
This position is temporary, targeted for 6-12 months.
The candidate location is ideally New York, but other locations will be considered.
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full‑cycle recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire top talent that aligns with organizational needs.
The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, developing effective sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Recruiters build strong talent pipelines, promote employer branding, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit
Coordinate interview schedules and guide candidates through the process
Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate recruitment records
Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding in partnership with HR teams
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency
Represent the company at career fairs and networking events
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques
Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple requisitions
Understanding of employment laws and hiring best practices
3‑5 years relevant experience
BA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
