Responsibilities As a Bookkeeper Manager, you will serve as a key member of the Client Accounting Services (CAS) team, providing comprehensive bookkeeping, payroll, and QuickBooks support to multiple clients while ensuring compliance with GAAP and tax regulations.

Manage full‑charge bookkeeping services for multiple clients using QuickBooks.

Process payrolls, including direct deposits, and produce monthly, quarterly, and year‑end statements.

Provide QuickBooks support and consulting, including training clients on managing their records.

Assist clients in catching up on their year’s financial activity to prepare tax returns.

Oversee a book of business and delegate tasks to other CAS team members.

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years in a similar role within a public accounting firm.

Two‑year Associate Degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent bookkeeping experience.

Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Intermediate to advanced skills in QuickBooks software.

Schedule Standard Monday‑Friday hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) with a steady 40‑hour week. Over‑time is not expected, except during year‑end busy periods, when the team may work up to 50 hours per week.
