The group is a cross‑product, global, industry‑dedicated team of 45+ highly experienced professionals from E&P, midstream, investment banks, investment funds, and brokerage shops.

Job Description

Work on a variety of transactions in M&A, A&D, private capital raising, and restructuring.

Research and analyze financial statements, general and industry‑specific economic conditions, acquisitions and divestitures, and investment attributes of publicly traded and private securities companies.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.

Basic knowledge of and a keen interest in finance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong work ethic and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications.

Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel).

Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.
