Assistant Baker – Nothing Bundt Cakes
As an Assistant Baker at Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC), you partner with the Baker to consistently produce high‑quality cakes for our guests, supporting superior service by meeting production demands.
Accountabilities / Duties
Follow proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision, achieving productivity goals.
Effectively utilize measuring instruments, commercial‑grade mixers, ovens, and other tools to bake cakes.
Assist the baker in accurately preparing raw ingredients and equipment for baking places; arrange cake pans, load into hot oven, and monitor the baking process.
Support daily baking and production flow and processes.
Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked cakes; maintain baking and refrigeration logs.
Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations; ensure baking supplies are prepared for the next shift.
Comply with all health and safety guidelines, NbC policies, dress code, and personal hygiene.
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Precise measurement, strict timing, fast‑paced production scheduling.
Evaluate products, processes, and surroundings for compliance with standards.
Adhere to health and safety practices and environment standards.
Organized, self‑motivated; works independently with minimal supervision.
Education, Certifications, & Work Experience Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older.
No formal education or work experience required; prior experience as a baker, or in similar operational support role in bakery, restaurant, or foodservice is a plus.
Work Availability Must have flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
