Our client, a private, nonprofit Jewish university in Los Angeles, is seeking a Temp Staff Accountant.

$36.00/hour
Hours:
35 hours per week
Monday–Thursday: 7.5 hours/day onsite
Friday: 5 hours remote (office closes early)
Details:
Must have prior non-profit accounting experience
Record and reconcile accounts receivable, cash receipts, and journal entries
Assist with month-end close and bank reconciliations
Maintain financial records and support ad-hoc accounting projects
Qualifications:
Experience in education preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
2–3 years accounting or financial experience, preferably in nonprofit
Strong Excel and accounting software skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills
