Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. Qualified candidates will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, return preparation, and handling product inquiries. What You Will Do
Assist customers with tax return preparation and tax calculations. Use government websites and professional resources to provide accurate advice. Communicate with customers via video software and maintain accurate records. Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax software. Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with PTIN. Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Strong customer service skills and ability to interact via video/audio tools. Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities. What You Need
Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across at least three days. Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range varies by location: Bay Area California $28.80–$36.50; Southern California $28.80–$36.50; Colorado $27.50–$34.80; Hawaii $28.80–$36.50; Illinois $27.50–$34.80; Maryland $27.50–$34.80; Massachusetts $28.80–$36.50; Minnesota $24.80–$30.30; New Jersey $28.80–$36.50; New York $28.80–$36.50; Ohio $24.80–$30.30; Vermont $27.50–$34.80; Washington $28.80–$36.50; Washington DC $28.80–$36.50.
