Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a significant part in our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our accounts receivable department. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive compensation package, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

Managing and executing all aspects of the accounts receivable process including billing, cash posting, and collections.

Reconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.

Collaborating with the sales and customer service departments to resolve outstanding issues.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information.

Performing credit checks on potential customers and managing existing customer credit files.

Preparing and presenting reports on collection activities and progress.

Assisting with month‑end closing activities.

Ensuring compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, billing, and reconciliation.

Proven ability to resolve vendor discrepancies and manage collections.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.

Experience with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
