Connect with qualified property owners to source and secure new listing opportunities. Skillfully negotiate offers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment. Collaborate with support staff to facilitate seamless transactions from contract to closing. Utilize CRM systems to manage, track, and optimize the sales pipeline. Deliver exceptional, personalized service throughout the entire client experience. Qualifications

Demonstrated problem‑solving skills with a strong focus on delivering practical, results‑oriented solutions. Proficient with CRM systems and marketing technologies, quick to learn new platforms. Experienced in building strong client relationships, identifying needs, and uncovering sales opportunities. Highly organized with excellent time management and reliable follow‑up. Strong phone communication skills with a proven ability to set and secure appointments. Possesses a valid U.S. driver’s license and dependable local transportation. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Effective negotiator committed to achieving successful client outcomes.
