Role Description This is a part‑time or full‑time remote role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their property needs, providing exceptional customer service, facilitating real estate transactions, and guiding clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process. The role also involves staying informed about real estate market trends, maintaining knowledge of properties, and building lasting client relationships to drive sales and success.

Qualifications

A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real property regulations and practices

Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills

Competence in real estate transactions and property management

Proven ability in sales and negotiationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in leveraging technology for real estate tasks and marketingSelf‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote settingPrior experience in residential or commercial real estate is a plus
