Client Service Associate (CSA)
to support 2–3 Advisors. The firm serves a sophisticated private wealth and institutional client base and offers a collaborative, relationship-driven environment. The Role
This Client Service Associate will play a critical role in supporting Advisors with client service and portfolio operations. The position is fully in office and well suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working closely with Advisors and contributing to a high-touch client experience. Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to 2–3 Advisors Open and maintain client accounts, including onboarding and documentation Execute and monitor portfolio transactions and money movements Prepare portfolio reports and materials for client meetings and prospective clients Assist with portfolio rebalancing and ongoing account maintenance Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness Deliver a high level of service to both current and prospective clients Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in a client service, operations, or support role within wealth management or financial services Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Professional communication skills and a client-first mindset Why This Opportunity
