We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and As-Is to To-Be process mapping. This role will operate in an Agile environment, partnering closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand objectives, workflows, and constraints
Document current state (As-Is) and future state (To-Be) processes, identifying gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
Create and maintain clear requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows
Work within an Agile delivery model, supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ongoing requirement clarification
Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, and QA to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented as intended
Support change management by ensuring requirements remain aligned as priorities evolve
Required Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
Strong background in requirements gathering and detailed documentation
Hands‑on experience creating As‑Is and To‑Be process maps
Ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting system integrations or application modernization efforts
Experience working in enterprise‑scale environments
Familiarity with common Agile tools such as Jira or Confluence
Ideal Candidate Profile
A structured, detail‑oriented Business Analyst who is comfortable operating in Agile teams, leading discovery conversations, and turning complex business processes into clear, actionable requirements.
