Job Overview We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Full Desk Executive Recruiter to join our growing team in Charlotte. In this role, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle – building client relationships, managing accounts, and delivering top accounting and finance talent across a range of industries. This is an opportunity to combine business development with candidate recruitment while playing a key role in shaping the success of both our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including business development, client management, and candidate placement within accounting and finance functions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with hiring managers, CFOs, Controllers, and HR leaders across the Charlotte market.
Source, interview, and evaluate accounting and finance professionals at all levels, from staff to executive leadership.
Develop customized recruiting strategies to identify both active and passive candidates.
Negotiate offers, manage the closing process, and ensure a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Achieve individual and team performance goals related to placements, revenue, and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation data, and the competitive landscape within the Charlotte finance and accounting market.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition; agency or search firm experience strongly preferred.
Proven track record of full desk recruiting – business development and candidate delivery.
Strong knowledge of accounting and finance functions, terminology, and candidate profiles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a performance‑driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field preferred.
