TELLER/MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE-BILINGUA
Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin Metropolitan Area
Salary: $17.00-$22.96 per hour (3 weeks ago)
Overview The Bilingual Teller/Member Service Representative at Fox Communities Credit Union creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships by processing member transactions, assisting with account maintenance and problem resolution, uncovering member needs, opening new accounts, and educating members on credit union products and services.
Responsibilities
Promote and uphold the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values.
Process basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently.
Assist members with problem resolution, including CD maintenance, sub‑accounts, member disputes, fraudulent transactions, credit report reviews, new account maintenance, IRAs, and HSAs.
Open new accounts with knowledge of account ownership, authorized signers, and supporting documentation for all account types (business, trust, estate, guardianship, custodial, hardship, and representative payee).
Ask probing questions to identify member needs, educate members on financial services, cross‑sell credit union products, and refer members to other representatives when appropriate.
Qualifications
One to three years of similar or related experience is a plus.
Previous cash handling or teller experience preferred.
Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays.
Working knowledge of computers and ten‑key data entry skills required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
The ability to speak and translate fluent Spanish and English is required.
