Responsibilities

Meet with customers to explain financing options, warranties, insurance products, and other add‑ons.

Review credit applications and submit to lenders for approval, ensuring compliance with dealership and regulatory standards.

Structure vehicle financing deals that meet customer needs while maximizing dealership profitability.

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of automotive financing products, lending institutions, and current interest rates.

Work closely with sales team to finalize vehicle sales and ensure a smooth transition from sales to finance.

Present and explain lease and loan terms, including interest rates, monthly payments, and payment schedules.

Ensure all required finance paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with federal and state regulations.

Promote additional products and services, such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, and maintenance plans.

Maintain positive relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance companies.

Resolve customer questions, complaints, or disputes regarding financing and payment terms.

Train and mentor sales staff on finance‑related procedures and products as needed.

Stay informed of changes in automotive finance laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements

Energetic, motivated, and punctual.

Clean driving record and valid Texas driver’s license.
