We are seeking a full-time Accounting Specialist to join our team on-site in Columbus, OH. The Accounting Specialist will manage day‑to‑day accounting functions, including processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial statements, preparing reports, and supporting budget management. The role also involves assisting with audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with other departments to maintain accurate financial records. Qualifications
Proficiency in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and general accounting principles Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations Familiarity with budget planning, expense tracking, and compliance with financial regulations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Prior experience in the healthcare or caregiving industry is a plus
