$26.00/hr - $34.00/hr
Position Overview Ledgent Finance & Accounting is actively seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to join their growing accounting team in North Palm Beach. This position is perfect for candidates who have entry-level accounting experience or are currently completing their degree and/or undergrad degrees. The role offers significant growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Perform journal entries, accounts receivables, accounts payable, and heavy bank reconciliations. Including reviewing contract terms for accuracy.
Assist with balance sheets and gather data and information for accounting executives.
Handle client facing processes, including tracking and entering payment information.
Handle debits versus credits and participate in month-end processes.
Conduct expense reporting and manage intercompany transactions.
Qualifications
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus / experience with accounting ERP's major plus
Degree in accounting or currently working towards one.
2+ years of accounting experience.
Basic proficiency in Excel.
Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday.
