Position Overview We are seeking a talented and proactive Assistant Web Producer to join our dynamic team in New York. The Web Producer will play a crucial role in supporting our global web production and e-commerce operations team, focusing on the maintenance and enhancement of our e-commerce and content websites across various global businesses.
Day-to-Day Management:
Oversee daily operations related to website updates, ensuring efficient production processes, trafficking of creative assets, implementing code changes, and collaborating on new site initiatives across all e-commerce and content platforms.
Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with Design, Product, Digital Content, and Site Merchants Teams to prepare for all website updates, ensuring alignment on strategies and execution timelines.
Management of Tools and Processes:
Assist in managing key web production tools and systems, including content SFCC, Jira, Dynamic Yield and Adobe.
Quality Assurance:
Support rigorous testing of responsive websites across all global properties to ensure functionality, performance, and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
Requirements and Specifications:
Assist in gathering and defining project requirements for all campaign pushes and site requests.
Optimization and Implementation:
Participate in defining, optimizing, and implementing web production processes, utilizing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in content delivery and e-commerce operations.
Performance Monitoring:
Analyze the website to pinpoint areas for improvement, implement necessary enhancements, and ensure users have an optimal experience, focusing on site speed and image quality.
Compliance and Accessibility:
Ensure that all web content adheres to company standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory compliance, including web accessibility standards.
You’ll Need to Have
2+ years of E-commerce Web Production and Development experience
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is highly desired
Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
Experience with Dynamic Yield is highly desired
Experience with JIRA is highly desired
Experience with page designer is highly desired
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Excel
