Human Resources Coordinator

FEAM Aero . The HR Coordinator should have the ability to multi‑task, while providing administrative and operational support to the HR team. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

Responsibilities

Administers company‑wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.

Maintain employee personnel files and ensure compliance with federal/state/local recordkeeping requirements.

Coordinates and executes onboarding and offboarding activities for employees – including but not limited to handling all compliance related paperwork for FAA/DOT regulations, processing new hires, processing status changes, processing terminations, I‑9 verifications, E‑Verify, perform orientations, welcome emails, etc.

Assist with verification of employment requests.

Handles day‑to‑day inquiries from employees regarding HR matters while providing responsive support to employees and managers.

Coordinates exit interview process and communication of findings to management.

Prepares reports as needed.

Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

Reviews employee relations issues and recommends appropriate responses to management.

Handles all badging activities for the assigned location.

Performs other related duties assigned by management.

Perform special assignments or projects as required.

Requirements

Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.

Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds. This includes having the ability to influence management when appropriate.

Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.

Strong business acumen.

Ability to manage priorities and workflows.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday is a plus.

Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to prepare reports and company‑wide business correspondence.

Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.

Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.

Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent, 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
