Executive Search Headhunter
We are seeking an Executive Search Headhunter who excels at identifying, attracting, and engaging high-caliber talent through proactive outreach and relationship building.
This is not a sales role. This position is ideal for someone who loves the art of recruiting: investigating markets, talent mapping organizations, understanding candidate motivations, and guiding candidates through critical hiring decisions.
You will deliver executive-level and hard-to-fill placements across the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

What We’re Looking For:
A recruiter who enjoys the candidate outreach and engagement process, not the sales
Someone who is methodical, personable, persistent, and emotionally intelligent
Experience with executive search, professional recruiting, or headhunting on the agency side
Ability to synthesize information and present it clearly to job candidates
Comfort working with mid to senior-level candidates
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in recruiting, executive search, or headhunting within a recruiting agency
Proven ability to engage with passive candidates
Strong writing and communication skills
Integrity, professionalism, devotion to your network, and confidentiality are essential
