Sinceri Senior Living provided pay range: $1,000.00/yr – $1,000.00/yr. Base pay range is $1,000.00/yr – $1,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1-year previous experience as a caregiver or certified nursing assistant for the elderly in a residential or long‑term care setting (experience may depend on state requirements)
Must be able to read, write, and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff members
Must complete medication aide training (and certification in states where required)
Essential Functions
Provides medication assistance to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policy, including pouring, preparing, assisting with administration, and documentation
Assists in maintaining the medication cart and storage room in a neat and orderly manner
Accepts responsibility for accurate medication counts and for the security of the medication cart and storage room for assigned shifts
Might assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
Engages residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care and medication assistance
Responds to all resident needs promptly and obtains assistance with care as necessary
Upholds residents' rights at all times
Supports and upholds all company policies and care philosophy
Observes residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, reports promptly to a licensed nurse
Completes all documentation such as medication administration records, incident reports, change‑of‑condition reports, and behavior tracking, in a timely manner
Assists in the dining room during resident meal times as needed
Encourages residents to participate in scheduled activities and outings, and provides opportunities for self‑expression and enhanced self‑esteem
May assist with caregiver housekeeping responsibilities
