Salary: $65,000–$70,000 + Bonus. Oviedo, FL (Hybrid).
Our client, a stable and growth-oriented organization with 100 years in operation, is seeking an Accountant to support both their commercial property portfolio and corporate accounting function. This role offers visibility to executives, clear succession planning, structured development, and the opportunity to grow beyond traditional monthly close responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses for commercial properties and corporate operations
Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for internal use and year-end audit
Execute and reconcile journal entries to maintain accurate general ledger activity
Support year-end financial statement preparation and coordinate audit requests
Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide analytical support to business leaders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax
2+ years of accounting experience (GL, budgeting/forecasting, financial statement prep/analysis)
Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets
